Context menu in XP
Were in the registry can I edit to add a move to folder option
Like I right click on a file and just click the added folder option in the context menu or is there a good freeware program that will work (but I'd just rather do it my self if I have too)

do you mean the send to option if so open any folder go to tools folder options view and tick the show hiden files and folder box and hit apply then open this folder C:\Documents and Settings\your name\SendTo and add a short cut to the folder you want to add to the send to list
