partations

okay ,its time for format my HD ,, i have 2 of them ,, 100 gig and gog 20 ,,the 20 have 2 partation on of them is the OS(win xp pro) but maybe i was wrong when i made the choice of making that 20 is the OS couz its slow,,anyway ,,i have 30 gig free on my 100 how can i partation that into 90 gig and 10 gig for new os installation without losing data on the 100?

There may be other apps out there that can handle what you want to do but I'm sure Partition Magic can resize your 100 gig into 90 and 10.
