2000 Boot Problem

I had recently installed Windows 2000.2000 is running on one harddrive and Windows ME running on a second. I want to unninstall windows 2000 and go back to using just Windows ME. I uninstalled 2000 but when my computer boots it still gives me the option of windows 2000. If i select Windows 2000 it says files are missing please reinstall. How do i get rid of this boot option?

You will have to find the boot.ini file and edit out the line that contains WIndows 2000 Professional.
