smokin Encrypting files in XP??

is it possible to encrypt files in windows xp without 3rd party software? or do i need to get software to do it? and if so what are the best ones?

The only way I have managed to turn files and folders into private items is to log on as Admin in safe mode.

For some strange reason, the options "Convert this folder/file/drive into private" is always grayed out in normal mode.

Of course you can only encript and protect files in XP Pro and only if you are using NTFS.
