Hi From Texas !
On some of the web pages I surf to, are not filling in the square boxes in them. I have put up with it long enough !. In those blank squares is the little square box a little smaller then X box up in the right hand conner on the Menu Bar. I can go to some of those little boxes and right click. A list shows up that has 'Show Picture'----sometimes this works, but the whole thing is not normal. Everything should fill in when I bring up a page. I have 512 RAM and 20 gigs with a dial up modem running CompuServe.-----------------Donald P.S.: I will be back to the computer at 12:40 AM |

I have Home XP Full Version with a 56k modem-CompuServe. As far as which pages, it depends. As I surf , it is not all pages, just random web sites that decide to do this. Never know which page of which site. It might have something to do with some downloads that I download changing the settings I have. It may have something to do with the 56 k modem. There are a few things I can do to check this out, but thought I would ask here and get a shortcut to this problem. It maybe that when I am downloading a program in the which has been sent to the taskbar that this happens as I surf. As the download is doing its thing , it draws away from the 56k and takes away from the web site pages that I go to, not giving it enough to fill out those pages. This could be it and I have not paid attention to it. I will check it out.
P.S.: I have so much to do first. I have about 150 e-mails to check out now , and don't know how many I must reply to. I will post back when and IF I find the problem . |
