Does W2K install 4-in-1 drivers?

When installing WIN2000 Pro on a Via chipset board, is it still necessary to install the 4-in-1 drivers, or does W2K take care of that for you?

Hi Ron,

I don't know if W2K has the 4n1 drivers but they would surely be out of date.
I've only heard of XP having the VIA drivers.

Kubie's right.
Only XP has the 4n1 drivers and since those are dated updating is necessary.

After many builds using win2k on via mb, I have found the 443 drivers to be the most stable. They are still available on the via site.
