Homepage Hijacked?
Hi all, the kids have been on my machine *again*...!
I ran AdAware 6 & and found several 'homepage hijacker' sites; I used to have weather.com as my homepage start-up site...when I go to 'Tools...Internet Options...Homepage Options...everything is *grayed out*...I CAN'T change it from some kinda MSN page!!! (Grrrrr#&*@!) This is driving me NUTS! Even after getting rid of all the spyware and adware, I can't change my startup homepage...*help*!!

try this On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Programs tab. Click the Reset Web Settings button. hit apply if neaded and see if that helps

theres a program called x-setup...its free, you can rest your Homepage from there. but u have to play around ith it and try ot to do anything to serious.
search for it in GOOGLE |

Hey guys, someone from Tech Support Guys led me to this little proggy called "HijackThis"...one 'scan' and a 'Fix all" worked for me!! Thanx to ALL 4 your help ; )
