cracking sounds... :(
I've just installed the Divx Bundle and I was trying to watch a movie but I keep hearing these crackling sounds. I mean I can hear what is actually going on, but there are these constant crackling sounds on the movie. It's not my sound card because other movies work fine.
Is there anything I can do? The movie is as follows: Video: divX 5.05 Sound: mpeg - layer 3 Thanks, I know what I just typed nobody will understand but I'm not a computer person. But I am however learning. |

Just with that movie.
Any ideas? can I use any software to filter out the noise? are there any codecs I can upgrade to? |

Okay I think I just sorted out the problem. It was because I had multiple codecs of the same instance installed.
