What is This?
This is not bothering me nor is it a problem. I was just wondering what it is. On this computer my taskbar (Click here for picture) an extra line on top that I can't seem to remove. It's not on my other computer. Does anyone know what this is?

That is normal when taskbar is not fixed.

Yup, just lock your taskbar. It's a normal feature of XP's default themes.

That means you can resize the task bar.
