Pissed Task manager disappeared

Hi don't know why this happened,when I press task manager all I get is what is on the attachment.

I dunno how that happened on my system too.. but I ran the system restore and backed up a day and it was fine again.

Task Manager Menu Bar and Tabs Are Not Visible in Windows XP

To switch Task Manager to its typical display mode, double-click the top border of the window.
