Administrator password
Administrator password
I have XP on my PC and had loaded my Win98 H/D as well and both had been operating OK until a recent large hiccup. NOW.. When I boot with both H/D connected I get a blank screen with the flashing - in the top left hand corner. When I boot with both drives connected and XP CD which boots into Setup options I select R for repair then the recovery console comes up with 1:\Windows option which is the only one given. When I logon to option 1 up comes type Administrator password. I am the only one who uses this PC and it won’t respond to any passwords I enter. I then went into the BIOS setup and changed passwords there but that has not had any beneficial effect. Is there some way I can override/get around this Administrator password to get me to the next step????? Thanks roy66 |
