Task Manager End Program box keeps poping to Task Bar?
I've seen this happen on other WinXP systems besides mine. You have a program that is not responding so you open up Task Manager to try and close it. A dialog box appears on your desktop telling you the program is not responding. When you try clicking that box it pops down to the task bar. Anyone know why this happens and what to do about it.

Sounds normal to me. Highlight the original "stopped" and end task on it.
