Process list in ME

I have a freind who is running Win ME and has noticed that his processor is running at about 50% all the time, but doesn't know why.

I'm not very familiar with ME, but from what I understand that he can pull the "Tasks" with the running programs, but not the "Processes" that you see in NT or XP.

Is there an easy way to get to the processes running and the CPU time, etc.

Thanks.
