CD RW Drive won't Open
After doing a backup to CD of Quicken and exit, drive won't open. It acts like it is still trying to do something. I have to restart and while booting up I can get it to open. Then it will open and close normally. What can be the problem? Thank you for any help.

Are you using Roxio? I used to have that problem when using DirectCD....
If so its probably the program... |

Is this Nero InCD? I had this problem after upgrading my nero InCD to the latest version. went back to my original config and all was well.

I think it is part of Quicken. It has a provision to back up your files.
