Angry Fire Constant XP Re-Boots Connecting To The Net

Can anyone please help I am experiencing servere grief for no reason when I connect to the internet. This just started happening tonight for no reason. Although I was on Kazaalite which is probably a really bad thing. I am running XP Pro with internet explorer 6, with XP SP1a installed. After connecting to the internet for a minute or two I receive the following message of death.

THIS SYSTEM IS SHUTTING DOWN. PLEASE SAVE ALL WORK IN PROGRESS AND LOG OFF. ANY UNSAVED CHANGES WILL BE LOST. THIS SHUTDOWN IS INITIATED BY NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM

WINDOWS MUST NOW RESTART BECAUSE THE REMOTE PROCEDURE CALL (RPC) SERVICE TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY.

A countdown timer then counts down for 1 minute then the PC re-boots. I am having to work off-line to compose this message. it is difficult to search for an answer on the net as I only have limited time. I am considering formatting my PC as the above message may aswell be in Japanese. Any ideas please, begging

Download all critical updates through Windows Update. Block port 135 on your firewall if you have one. This is a known exploit of Windows Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and it is a big security hole. Scan your system for trojans to be on the safe side.
