I need help please!!!
Guys I need some help. Every time that I turn on my PC it crashes within 3 minutes. I keep getting this message:
“This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. Windows must restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly.” It then gives me a 1 minute countdown window before restarting. I have searched high and low on the Microsoft tech support (chuckle) website without any solutions. Very often it is also accompanied by this message: “Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.” I am currently running Windows XP Home with a broadband connection on the system listed below. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks |
