Angry enter network password

ok with this rpc trouble with xp i put me back on my comp and now this thing keep on asking for (enter network password) how do i stop this. thank you

burl do you mean on the log on screan for windows me it asks for a password and if you just hit enter it loads windows if so you nead to enable windows famerley logon from control panall

ok how do you do that ,and what i was doing was this had that blaster bug on this thing so i put windows me back on my comp,and it keep on asking for that pass word,well i got the patch to fix the blaster bug and was going to put xp back on my comp,well it would not let me do that with out that password,keep on saiding i dont have a os on my com p ,right it did let me put xp back on as a upgrade.well thanks for the help
