Probably because that isn't a valid key combination in anything but some games. Up and left for position and space to shoot. Also, please don't type in all caps. Makes it hard to read and indicates shouting in web language. Thanx

ok, guess i won't write with the capitol letters but i still don't know what i should do with those keys.
and by the way it is for a game but even when i'm not in the game and i press those 3 keys the pc still bips and when i shut down windows and it's at the blue shutting down screen it stops beeping, so i think that the problem is at the windows settings.
i have XP SP1.

thanx again

sounds like the key combo your pressing is causing an error in the key board controler can you try a diffrent key board

My PC speaker beeps when I press combinations of LEFT, Right, Up, Down wicked fast .

Could be just how your motherboard works. Look around in the BIOS or your motherboard manua, and see if you can disable that feature. Maybe it is called like key scrolling or something?
