Reformatting XP

Due to constant errors caused by the 'shutdown' virus, and because it needed it anyway, I'm preparing to reformat and start clean. I've heard pro's and con's for each, but simple question....NTFS or FAT?

NTFS should be the only choice unless you are dual booting with 98/ME and need to share files between the OS's

Thanks for the answer. I'm on NTFS now, but had many people tell me I chose wrong back when I built the rig.
