Hello
![]() I'm a web designer and as all web designers know you should test your work in a variety of browsers, OSes, and at different screen resolutions. With most browsers you can install different versions along-side each but not with IE! So to test v4.0, v5.0, and v5.5 i've partitioned my hard drive and installed Win98 on each of them so i have a few test environments. Everything went pretty well but my modem doesn't seem to want to work and i can't find drivers for it anywhere. Important to note, i'm using Windows98 [First Edition], which is what i got with my first PC before getting this one which runs Windows XP Pro. When querying the modem under XP i got the following information but it's not really much to go on. I can't seem to find the appropriate Windows98 [First Edition] drivers for it anywhere. So any help would be really appreciated ![]() ATI3 - SoftK56V_B2.1_V6.01.05 ATI4 - Softk56 Data Fax Voice Speakerphone CARP Thanks. |

. . . and, if the #s on reboot's page seem a bit confusing, this one is the file you want for Windows 98:
