Hello,
I encountered a rather strange problem. all of a sudden, whenever I would surf in a site which that needs to use JavaScript, my computer wouldn't run those scripts. Like form buttons, I could see the button but when I press it nothing happens, or in some sites, I can't even see buttons. EDIT: VBScript Doesn't Work too just didn't notice it before How can I fix this? Thank you for your time Last edited by ReBeL; 08-16-2003 at 03:07 PM. |

I have the same problem. It began after I installed SP1 (XP Pro). I read somewhere that the SP1 eliminates some portion of Java. Does anyone know how I can recover the Java support. I used it to watch weather radar loop. We live in a very remote area.

Thank you very much, tyoung. I did and it does. Seems like dues to legal problems with Sun, M$ removed java from the XP OS and removed from Updates as well.
