delayed desktop and toolbars
Whenever i log on to my account....it bring up the background and mouse cursor and nothing else.. there is no desktop icons no toolbars and no start menu...nothing...then when i wait hours later after leaving the computer on....all of a sudden all of my system starts to run like normal...but thats only if im on the account for at least 2=3 hours. Why is my account and setting delayed. Why does all the icons and toolbars pop up hours later and just why is it delayed when it used to be popping like normal(4-7 secs)...ITS DELAYED!!! HELP PLZ

Do you have other user profiles that work ok?
Could be that your user profile is going south. The following has steps to create a new profile and copy the old. Error Message: Windows Cannot Load Your Profile Because It May Be Corrupted http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;318011 |

to you have avg anti virus or anothe anti virus prog if so check you havent set it to scan all files at bootup.
