Angry Fire Can't remove program from Win2000

I am trying to uninstall a software (cybergenie) from my computer so that I can re-install it. It does not come with it's own uninstall so I am using control panel add/remove to get rid of it.

I am in a catch 22 because the instashield is looking for a 'uninst.isu' which is not in the program files directory. If I try to install over the current I get a 'already installed message'.

Also on startup I get "The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'CyberGenie.lnk' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again.". This program is not in my startup so I don't know where to get to get rid of it.

Any advise?

Thanks, I have deleted the folder and any "cybergenie" files I can find using 'Search'. When I run the installation program I get "A newer version of Cybergenie@work is installed on the target computer. Uninstall the existing version and run setup again". I need help Identifying what is still installed.

Any ideas?
