Good XP Home / Pro book?

Anybody know of a Good XP Home / Pro book? I've looked around at the local Best Buy (and the like) but all the books are for "Dummys" type of books and don't go into the great details I want. I'm looking for something that goes in deep and covers even things like Policy settings, etc..

TIA

Thanks bailey! I'll do some local digging for it, then hit Amazon if necessary
