blank pages
When I click a link in an email a new window opens and it is blank.Same think happens when I click a link in a web page.I just clicked one in another thread here and same thing happens.
Have win xp home,sp1 installed, Norton-all up to date.Zone alarm. Recent win update with 822926 IE6 patch and 823718 a data access update. Any suggestions? |

I would try the default security settings for Internet Explorer first.

Default on all settings and nothing changes.Click a url and up pops new blank window in an OE message or when I click a link on any web page.I think IE patch may have something to do with this.Just saw same prob posted on microsoft newsgroup forum

Founsd a solution to my problem MS KB 281679.I had to register all 8 files to fix the IE link problem.Since posting my ques. here I have seen this same issue on various msg boards so microsoft's recent patch is messing something up.
