Angry Fire Virus Grr!!!!

Hey.....im pretty mad right now because i think my computer has that stupid virus going around.....here is the story....whenever i boot my computer up it loads fine and then when i log into my account it says...LOADING PERSONAL SETTINGS...like normal but it takes alot longer to load....and then when it does finally load up it only show my background and mouse cursor. it show no toolbars no startmenu no icons...nothing only my background and mouse. I can still acess my task manager but i cannot get to the control panal or settings. It wierd though.....my dad and my account are both screwed up...but my sister's is fine....I have already ran spybot, nortan anti virus, and tried restoring my computer. When i did restore my computer it restored my dads and my account for a couple days like normal then went back to where it showed nothing. Should i erase those two accounts and make two new ones...? i have no idea what to do..please help me!!! O ya the two viruses that keep coming up are called hacktool and trojan horse. Please tell me how to fix my computer!!!.....anything

hi monkchiefa
first thing to do can you conect to the internet from the infected computer if so go to this site and run the online scan and folow the instructions to clean your computer http://housecall.trendmicro.com/hous...start_corp.asp
next put the xp cd in the drive and use the task manager to lanch setup clik ctrl alt delete and hit the new task then browse and browse to the cd drive and run setup and on the first screan hit enter to set up windows on the next screan chose the repair option when it finished you shod have your desk top back then right click the my computer icon and hit propties on the restore tab tick the turn off systom restor then reboot the computer to clear all the restor points then go back to my computer and un tick turn of systom restore
if you cant conect to the internet post back with the file system you are yousing ie fat32 or ntfs as we will need to scan your hard drive from dos
