Windows XP Home Startup

I am wondering if there is anyway to get a video to play when windows starts, besides doing a service, and make it full screen. In order to play it normally I just double click it and it comes up in a small player i've downloaded.

Just wondering
Charlie

That would seem to be a function of the player that U would have to set it's default mode to play in full screen...
