Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close.
error message=
AppName: msmsgs.exe AppVer: 4.7.0.2009 ModName: rtcdll.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.0 Offset: 0000a591 Then Norton flashes a message that it can not scan instant messanger. Any suggestions? This happens frequently. |

All I can say is try upgraded to the newest version. Other than that, several people are having problems with AIM.
