s l o w performance!!!

Recently, my computer has been e x t r e m e l y s l o w at every thing. Windows task manager displays the system running 99 percent cpu power!!! I am asking myself what would the operating system do with all that cpu power!!! Everything locks up, and it even slows my cable internet down to @56 kbps speed .

Too Many programs startin up when you boot the computer.
Temporary Internet and History file is full
A whole bunch of Spyware and Dialers trying to communicate home
Trojan Horses trying to communicate
Virus Infection
Improperly uninstalled programs

All of this can slow the computer down
Get and run Spybot Search and Destroy, the cleaner, and do a virus scan.

spybot and adaware. I've found that what one doen't pick up, the other does.

It was spyware... Spybot is so much better than Ad-aware, because it picked up 6 things ad-aware didn't. Thanks people.
