Harddrive format: forgot /s

I formatted my hard drive today and did so before reading about "/s" to save important system files. Now I can't get DOS to run any of my software. It also said it couldn't find command.com How do I fix this?

Boot with the boot floppy again and at the command prompt type:

A:\ sys C:

This will do the same as it would have done for U with 'format C: /s' without having to reformat.
You do realize everything is now gone and U have to reinstall windows anyways don't U???
