Windows 2000 Restarting
I went to have a look at a PC with several minor problems for someone. I tryed to install Norton Anti-Virus 2003 Pro which the guy bought as he suspected a virus. Part way through the install the PC hung, so I had to re-set it. Since then Windows loads, the desktop shows while it's loading some of the programs then restarts. The same thing happens when I boot in safe mode and last know good config.
Any ideas on how I can get this thing to boot and remove the part loaded Norton AV?
