Gearsec process

I just noticed a new process running gearsec.exe. I did a full virus scan with NAV [updated definitions today] no problems found. I was wondering does anyone know what this process is / does?
I did a search on google and the only thing I found was a reference to some cd burning software [which I do not have, I use Nero]

Thanks

Cool Gearsec

I believe that process relates to DVDXCOPY or possibly just software from 321 studios.
