Exclamation Bootup wont go past blue screen on NT

Hi, at work I was having trouble and still am with two computers. They both have windows NT on them and will not boot fully. We have 8 computers, but two of them do this. As far as I know, they all have the same setup and service packs.

The troubles that I am running into is durning the boot up. It starts off at a black screen "OS Loader" were it asks for

Windows NT Workstation Version 4.0 or
Windows NT Workstation Version 4.0 (VGA Mode)

Then from there it does a hardward check and then the blue screen pops up with

Microsoft (R) Windows NT (TM) Version 4.0 (Build 1381: Service Pack 6)
1 System Processor [255 MB Memory]

And does nothing after this but sit at this screen with this exact message

I have tried both Windows NT Workstation Version 4.0 &
Windows NT Workstation Version 4.0 (VGA Mode).

Any insite or help is appreciated!!!

Did that, nothing happend. I also tried to remove one stick of memory to see if that might be the problem, but nothing. It went to that blue screen only reporting 127 MB of memory and then just sat there as usual.
