I get this message when I press the windows key + e to get the explorer. The message is:
Windows cannot find '(null)'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button then click search. Does anyone know why I am getting this. I am on XP. I get the explorer and this mesage.

Have you done an antivirus scan on it lately? It sounds an awful lot like the W32.Sircam.Worm@mm (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=311446)
Even if you have an antivirus, get it scanned by an alternate scanner like housecall.antivirus.com |

Not sure what it is. But my real time scan is always on. And I am still online for the past 3 days. Firewall on. Only that I cannot see the connection icon at the taskbar. do not know why.
