Where did it go???

I have xp pro
My Son's pc

Some how I lost everything in my network connections.Nothing is showing and I can't get on line.Any ideas how to resote that?

Start > Run > type in: inetwiz
Make a new connection.

Reboot thank you that is good to know.I did find the trouble after all,I had turned off the Plug and play thinking it was the Universal plug and play.DUH!!!Anyway now it's back but I can't get my firewall to show up in my network connection,Can you help me?Thanks

Go to the properties of your connection, select the Advanced tab.
