Windows Update question.

I scanned for updates aboot once a week and this one Im curious about. " Q282010:Recommended Update for Windows Jet 4.0 service pack 7 (SP7) Windows XP" .
I have all other Updates/SP 1a installed 'cept this one. Just curious on what excatly it is.

Jet is a database engine that MS has chosen throughout its products especially through office programs. Throughout its versions Jet has become intertwined with VB and VC as well, so as you can imagine its applications and implications re quite widespread on your comp.

I'd recommend you put in the update.

Done . I guess if its in the updates I have nothing to worry aboot and can download mostly everything there?
