noooob question

For almost a year I never had to deal with user accounts. Then all of a sudden one day (I have know idea what I did to make this happen) I have to click on a user account to access my desktop. This happens when I start up and when I have been away from my computer for a few minutes. Anyone know how I can go back to not dealing with this feature? I have no need for it as its my home computer.

Usually doesn't happen unless you have more than 1 active account.
