Scrolling problem

I have xp pro.

When I scroll any page on the net the pages scroll like water or wavy jerky motions.This started after a reinstall windows xp pro.Any ideas?I tried just about everything I know.

These are the only two checks I have in performance options.

Try downloading TweakUI for Windows Xp and then setting the option shown in the attachment.

You may want to check your drivers.

Last night I loaded up my new build and it acted exactly the way you describe at first. Like the whole page didn't scroll at the same time and it was real sluggish too. After I loaded up all my drivers it was nice and solid. I'd guess it was the video driver but I loaded up a lot of devices so couldn't tell for sure.

Well that did it.I reinstalled the drivers for my video card, and everything is cool now.Thank you
