Question windows xp install?

Hi everyone! I'm currently building a new (cheap) system (k7som vid/snd/lan, duron 1800+, wd 40gb hd, liteon cdrw) and I was wondering if there is a how-to guide or a link as to how to setup the bios and install the operating system (windows xp).I already have everything connected, but I havent done the BIOS or anything yet. I tried doing a search but I coundn't find anything. I'm REALLY new at this and I don't want to screw anything up. Thanks guys

There is not a whole lot to it, as far as the BIOS you are probably good to go with factory defaults, other than making sure under boot options, that the PC is set to boot from cdrom as 1 of the options, then just power up, open the cdrom tray slip in the XPCD, press the reset button and it should boot from the cdrom and will do evereything for U from that point. You will have to make some choices, like partitioning the drive and formatting it. Go with NTFS as your format, but as long as U get the PC to boot from the XPCD it will pretty much be self explanatory from there. Happy loading....
