windows wont shut down
can anyone help me I've just took out WINDOWS 98SE and put in WINDOWS XP I fdisked ..then formted ..and booted up with WINDOWS XP disk ..and installed XP with no probs ..well just that when I go to shut down windows... it just keeps booting back up
