Administration Locked Task Manager
I bought a new pc off the floor at my local best buy....Since it was a floor model the alt+ctrl+delete had been locked...I made a new administration account for me and i still can not get the task manager unlocked...any ideas would be much apprectiated

Have you tried contacting the salesperson that sold you the system?
