XP Question -- Using hardware across all user accounts

I am in the process of finishing up the installation of all of my hardware on my new box. I'm running Windows XP Pro (which I don't have too much experience with yet) and I created two user accounts (as well as the guest account) for me and my wife so that she can have her own settings and such.

I am having a bit of trouble using a Logitech Elite keyboard (with all o' dem extra buttons) and also my ATI Remote Wonder (came with my AiW 9800). The Remote Wonder and the extra buttons on the keyboard only work when I am logged into my account, and they don't work in my wife's account. I presume that this is because I installed them while logged into my account.

Is it possible to set up devices to either load across all users or to load when WinXP starts up before the screen comes up where you select the user?
