Software or hardware problem?
Hi , everyone. I'm new to PCMEch and I 've got a problem which has been nagging me for quite sometime. When I try to shutdown my pc , it will restart itself. Sometimes ,it will restart itself several times before it finally shutdowns. So my question is , is it a software or hardware problem ? Could anyone help me , plse ? By the way , is running on WinMe.
My pc spec : 1) P4 ,478/ 1.7 ghz 2)M/b Abit BL7 400Sys DAta bus 3)512mb SDRAM (PC133) 4) on board sound AC97 5)Geforce2mx200 (64mb) 6)seagate 40gb /7200
