svchost error

hello everyone,
I've been getting this error since a week and it's damn bugging.

The error message:

"svchost.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created. "


But the file svcshot.exe is till there in the task manager> processes's list. I also tried to run it fom the File> New from the task manager but it didn't work.

After getting this error I can't save webpages, or use copy & paste commands and most of all I can't disconnect the internet connection. The only option left is to restart windows.

Beside this are there any solution? You help is highly appreciated.
