burn ISOs with xp?

can i burn an ISO correctly to a cd without any other cd burning software than windows xps built-in burning software? if this is not possible are there any free programs out there that will do this? nero looks really cool but it's only a demo and i can't buy it right now. thanks for all the help guys...

yeah, i found that with google and it doesn't seem to run properly...i try to run the CreateCD program and a DOS window flashes up and disappears just as quickly...anything else out there?
