Error code four
I was building a shuttle Xpc at work and wihe I tried to install windows 2000 it gave me an error when trying tostart the .exe files.
i386\ntmkernel.exe somethign or rather error code 4 Press any key to exit Im not at work and I cant remember all the error but if anyone has any idea based off the info I gave I would appereciate it. Shuttle Xpc maxtor HDD Plextor combo drive I dunno brand floppy drive ati all in wonder radeam 9800 pro.

did you try and boot the computer with a windows 98 floppy and then try and run 2k setup if so boot directley from the cd and run setup
or have you used fdisk to partition the hard drive and formated it with the /s switch if so reformat with out the /s

yes that was the first thing i did. Someone else is working on the problem right now because im on vacation but If i get the answer i would like to be able to tell them what to do if you can think of anythiin else
