fqpissed Auto Disconnect

Been trying to download and install all the Windows XP updates etc and becoming really frustrated at the Auto Disconnect box that pops up after what it says is 20mins of inactivity.

Q. How can I alter the time before it pops up?

I know I could click on don't use auto disconnect - but I think that gets rid of it forever and to be honest it's quite useful as I always forget to disconnect.
