hello everyone
im in the middle of doing reinstall of windows on a compact presario 5330 for a friend.im installing windows me,i fdisk and format everything went well until i typed >setup ithen got a bad command error.so from d drive i type dir/w and this is what it says volume in drive d is system save directory of d cpqroog. > txt en.flg >151378.zip>(DATA)>(BOOTDISK) (cpqs) (cpqdrv) (LFS.TXT) (WVTEMP) i have never done an fdisk on a propriety machine,can anyone help me with my next step to load windows ME on this machine,is this compaq stuff? got it sorted out,just have to find drivers now
