Angry sudden restart

please help while im in the middle of doing things online my computer while just suddenly restart
then it says that the error was caused by a device driver
i have no idea what driver it could be i didnt install any new software
please help

can you give some system specs?
what type of psu?
if it is a driver, then chances are it is an issue with hardware, not software. also, have you run a virus scan recently?

my pc consists of:
pentium4 2.4c
2x512 twinmos ddr400
2x40g seagate barracudas
480w thermaltake psu
abit is7 motherboard

right click my computer select properties go to the advanced tab then click startup and recovery and remove the tick from auto restart on errors the next tim you have a problam you will get a blue screan with a error masage post the exact massage hear
