How do I close port 113

I would like to know where to locate the ports on my pc and how to shut any of them down.
Any suggestion would be helpfull

Use a firewall. Windows XP comes with a firewall, or you can use a third-party product like Zone Alarm.

If you are online with your broadband and without a router, you should be getting one asap. That will close 135 (and others) on the WAN side without even trying.

Yes I do have xp pro but I took this leak test
